What to Expect

• We typically work by appointment for routine service and elective items; please call ahead.
• Emergencies are dealt with as quickly as possible, often same-day for regular clients.
• If accepting new clients, priority will be given to our longtime loyal clients' needs first.
• We're too small to offer rides or a loaner-car.
• There may be cats in the waiting room.  Please call ahead if allergic or otherwise concerned.
• We have a small waiting room and library, but discourage while-U-wait services.  (It is the nature of auto repair for something unexpected to be found, something which shouldn't or can't be overlooked ... and we don't have a cot or shower to offer)

Conveniently and Appropriately Located

We are about 15 minutes from U of A or midtown, ten minutes from DM or downtown; near Raytheon. We are just off I-10, which is good for those on the north-west side, Oro Valley, and also Sierra Vista, Green Valley and Sahuarita. Better still, being located near the freeway and in an uncongested area we can properly road-test cars and trucks. This way we can when we check out your vehicle under varied, and relatively controlled conditions when necessary: our diagnostics are not limited by a ten-minute drive around the block ... in city traffic.
