Falconworks’ standard of quality is that which a dealer would like you think they provide. We have two experienced new-Mini mechanics, but we always work as a team when deciding the details of wise advice, or intelligent repairs, so you get four good brains and one excellent pair of hands.
Our repair philosophy differs from that of the manufacturer, their heirs, and assigns, in that our goal is not to sell you a new vehicle. Not even eventually. We also endeavor to explain to you all that we do, and involve you in major decisions in the care of your jewel.
If you want your car cared for in ways the big-box brake shops and quicky lube places are wholly unqualified, OR suspect that your current specialist is over-charging or under-serving, then we are what you are looking for. We sincerely care that your car has the correct brake parts and the best lubricants in all the right places.
Also, for those using the their Mini Coopers in competition, we offer both suspension and handling upgrades, track-specific set-up, as well as track-side support packages.
Honesty is crucial to the trust we need in order to properly holistically maintain a car for you: We offer our time and skills for sale -- our Karma might be good -- but we also give you the entire hour when you buy it.
